EchoStream is a live-streaming relay. You send one video stream from OBS or similar software, and we forward an identical copy of it, live, to YouTube, Twitch, Kick and any other platform you choose — so you can broadcast to all of them at once without uploading your video more than once.

We do not re-encode or alter your video, and we keep no copy of it after your stream ends.

What EchoStream does

EchoStream is a live-streaming relay. You broadcast one video stream from your own software — OBS, Streamlabs, vMix or anything else that speaks RTMP — to the nearest EchoStream server. We forward an identical copy of that stream, in real time, to every platform you have chosen: YouTube, Twitch, Kick and any other RTMP or SRT destination you add.

The point is that broadcasting to several platforms at once normally means uploading your video several times over, which most home connections cannot do. You upload once; we handle the rest. We do not re-encode your video, we do not change it, and we do not keep a copy of it after your stream ends.

Connecting a YouTube account

EchoStream uses YouTube API Services. Connecting your YouTube account is optional — you can restream to YouTube with a stream key alone — and it is only used to make the features above work for that channel. With your permission we read:

  • • your channel name and id, so we can show which channel is connected;
  • • whether that channel is currently live, and its public live viewer count;
  • • the live chat messages of your own broadcast, so they can appear in the combined chat window.

We never upload, edit, delete or schedule videos, never post comments or messages as you, never change your channel, and never use your YouTube data for advertising or sell it to anyone. You can disconnect the account inside EchoStream at any time, and you can revoke our access entirely from your Google account's security settings.

Questions, answered.

Do I have to upload my stream more than once?

No. You push a single RTMP feed to the nearest node and we relay that exact feed to every platform you connect — no extra upload or bandwidth on your side.

Will restreaming re-encode and lower my quality?

No. Your feed is forwarded as-is in copy mode, so the original resolution and bitrate are preserved all the way through.

Which software can I stream with?

Anything that supports a custom RTMP server — OBS, Streamlabs, vMix, XSplit, Prism, Larix on mobile, or FFmpeg. Just set the Server and Stream Key.

Which platforms can I send to?

Every platform we support is available on every plan — YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Kick, TikTok, Trovo and the rest — plus any custom RTMP or SRT target. What your plan sets is how many you can broadcast to at once, not which ones you may choose.
